These shoes are amazing. They fit to size so order your normal size. They are super super comfortable. You barely know that you have them on It’s like they’re custom-made for your feet I will be buying another pair soon. Excellent quality!!
These are comfortable shoes and well made.
You did not offer 15% off to me. You had reduction in prices for many items as general sale on the website. Nowhere in the website was any mention that you will be selling damaged items. When you were informed, you only offered 10% off. You were informed that local shoe repair stores, specialized for leather repairs, have quoted 40-60 dollars for the types of damages to be repaired. Hence, 20% was requested to cover that, which you refused. You mentioned that you are offering me a "luxury" to even offer that 10%. It is notable that you sold scratched, damaged leather. You tried to apply cheap black markers to cover some of the damaged areas, but when light illuminates those areas, you see the red undertone of the cheap regular black marker. These again have been confirmed by the local shoe repair store specialist. It was asked that you arrange for pick up for the return as I would not accept to take from my busy day to go to post office to return the damaged good you sent and pretended to have good service. You refused.
Hence, Not only you had damaged shoes sent, you had poor service and refused to correct it, yet claiming luxury goods and good service.
They have sent damaged shoes with many areas of damage to the leather. They have used black marker to cover some of the leather blemishes (they look red under the light as can be seen in the pictures)
